The following is an overview of the services offered to the general public including the fees associated with each service:

Parenting Capacity Assessment: The parenting assessment includes a thorough diagnostic clinical interview as well as a review of the clinical record (i.e., legal documents, previous evaluations, Child Protective Services reports, etc.), in addition to the administration, scoring, and interpretation of measures used to assess parenting abilities and personality/emotional functioning. Parent-Child Interaction: The Marschak Interaction Method (MIM) is used to evaluate the relationship and interactions between a parent and child. The MIM is a structured observation technique, designed to assess the quality and nature of the relationship between a child and his or her caretaker. Following the observation, an interpretive report will be generated. Total Fee: 700.00

Psychological Evaluation: A full psychological evaluation includes a thorough diagnostic interview, in addition to the administration, scoring, and interpretation of a full battery of assessment measures (of note, exact assessment measures used may vary based on the individual’s age and may be tailored for individual need). A typical evaluation includes assessment of cognitive, emotional, and behavioral functioning. Background information, assessment findings, and diagnostic conclusions will be summarized in a comprehensive report. Total Fee: 950.00

Educational Assessment: An education assessment includes a brief interview to establish rapport and collect relevant background information as well as the administration/scoring/interpretation of achievement testing and cognitive testing. An educational report will be written. Total Fee: 700.00

Cognitive Assessment: Limited background information is collected for a cognitive evaluation, as compared to more extensive evaluations. One of the Wechsler Intelligence scales will be administered. Results will yield a Full-Scale Intelligence Quotient (IQ score), derived from indices that assess an array of verbal and nonverbal abilities. Total Fee: 450.00

Capacity/Competency Evaluation: The competency evaluation includes a clinical interview and a Capacity Evaluation Questionnaire. The resulting report will provide a determination of an individual’s ability to provide consent for treatment and release of medical records. Total Fee: 450.00

ID/DD Determination Evaluation: The purpose of these evaluations is to determine if an individual has an intellectual or developmental disability. An ID/DD evaluation includes a diagnostic interview and the administration/scoring/interpretation of testing that determines adaptive behavior functioning and cognitive functioning abilities. Total Fee: 700.00
